When to use it

When sleep feels chaotic, before a check up, or any week you want to notice what is actually happening instead of guessing.

How to use it

  1. Add one entry per day for three to seven days.
  2. Note bedtime, wake time, and any wakings you remember.
  3. Add a short note about the day if you want.
  4. Look for patterns, not perfect numbers.
  5. Bring it to your next pediatrician visit if useful.
