Connection rituals
Daily 'I See You' Tracker
Notice, appreciate, and connect daily.
What it is
A simple grid where you record one specific thing you noticed about each child each day. Kids who feel seen don't have to act out to be seen.
When to use it
At the end of each day, or first thing the next morning. Especially powerful in busy seasons when days blur together.
How to use it
- Write each child's name down the left side.
- Each evening, jot one specific thing you noticed about them.
- Tell them the thing the next day, in passing.
- Keep it specific — not 'you were great', but 'I saw how you helped'.
- Review weekly; patterns will start to show up.
